A native of Phoenix, Stevenson has always been drawn to the intricacies of finance. She graduated with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University. Ginger has spent 23 years honing her expertise in the finance sector. For the past 15 years, she has focused specifically on real estate. Her extensive experience spans proformas, business models, investor waterfalls, capital calls, investor reporting, distributions, and personal financial statements, among other expertise. She is adept at navigating complex financial scenarios including tax returns, historical tax credits, audits, and various other financial structures.

Ginger’s proficiency extends beyond financial analysis — she possesses a comprehensive understanding of construction contracts, bank draws, lien processes, and post-close reconciliations, ensuring seamless transactions and swift disbursement of investment funds to stakeholders.
